As an ambitious three-phase urban revitalization project, Smoky Hollow has renewed a distinct sense of neighborhood to the northern entrance of downtown Raleigh. A project including apartments, a pedestrian promenade, a grocer, office space, and retail called for a digital partner who could build long-awaiting anticipation.
