I find that the start of a new year is the perfect opportunity to hit pause, reflect on the past twelve months, and set intentions for what lies ahead. It’s more than just setting goals; it’s about taking stock, learning from my mistakes, and having honest conversations with myself about what I want the next year of my life to look like.
